This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this site or send us an enquiry. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who is responsible
GetBrands.pro operates this site and decides how the information described below is used. For anything in this policy, write to sales@getbrands.pro.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. The form asks for your name, work email, phone number, company and your message. It also asks which brands you are interested in, which product groups and which styles — that is what lets us answer with prices instead of questions. All of it reaches us as you typed it; nothing is inferred or enriched from other sources.
When you simply visit. Our web server keeps standard access records: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. These exist to run the service and to notice abuse, not to build a profile.
This site loads no advertising scripts, no social widgets and no third-party fonts. Pages are served from this domain alone, so opening one tells nobody else that you were here.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to carry the conversation forward if it becomes an order. Access records are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. Both are ordinary, expected uses of information you deliberately gave us; where consent is required, the form asks for it explicitly, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry reaches our own team through a private messaging channel and, where we use one, an internal system that stores enquiries for follow-up. We do not sell contact details, do not share them with advertisers, and do not pass them to other traders. Where an order requires it, the relevant details are shared with the parties who move and clear the goods — a supplier, a carrier, a customs broker — and only to the extent the shipment needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years from the last message between us, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes an order, the paperwork that follows is kept for as long as tax, customs and transport law requires. Access records are kept for thirty days.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@getbrands.pro and we will answer within thirty days. If an order is in progress, some records must stay until the legal retention period ends; we will say which and why rather than refuse in general terms.
Wholesale only
This site is addressed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from consumers or from anyone under 18, and we do not sell to end consumers.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes are described at the top of the page rather than hidden in a diff.
